BSOP GRADING SYSTEM:

M. Div. minimum GPA - 2.00
MACE minimum GPA - 2.00
BBC minimum GPA - 2.50

CR - Credit
indicates that a student enrolled and fulfilled all requirements of a course. The class hours and grade earned are computed in the GPA.

AU - Audit
indicates that a student enrolled in a course, participated in class discussions, but did not receive credit. No grade is assigned and AU is not inputted into the GPA. The same attendance requirement on credit students apply to audit students. Unexcused absences exceeding 6 class hours
mean a course audited will not appear in the student’s transcript.

INC - Incomplete
indicates that a student was unable to submit some or all of the requirements of a course on the Friday of the twelfth week in a regular quarter.

W - Withdrawal
indicates that a course was dropped between the third and fifth week of classes (before mid-term week) or between 27% to 50% of class hours in a 2-unit or 3-unit course. An automatic F or 5.00 will be given when a course is dropped after the mid-term week (or beyond 50% of total class hours). A three-unit course totals 33 class hours; a two-unit course totals 22.

F - Failure
indicates that the course is to be repeated (the initial grade remains on the transcript of records and both grades of the course are computed in the GPA).

IP - In Progress
indicates that the grade is pending and is to be submitted by the professor.

PR - On Probation
indicates academic or disciplinary probation.

SU - Suspension
indicates dismissal from the seminary for a specific or indefinite period of time.

EX - Expulsion
indicates permanent dismissal from the seminary.
