Neil Allan Ty, PhD

Dr. Ty currently serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Biblical Linguistics Exploration, as well as the Advisor for the Chinese Christian Fellowship International, Philippines. He has a Ph.D in New Testament Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is married to Aileen and they have two children: Hannah and Noah. They are members of Union with Christ Community Church led by BSOP alumnus, Rev. Billy Arcayan.
