Dr. Harper is married to Dr. Anne Harper. He is Professor of Christian History and Thought with Asia Graduate School of Theology – Philippines. He teaches courses in church history and historical theology. He is the editor of the Journal of Asian Evangelical Theology, a publication of the Asia Theological Association.
